Richards Woodhouse has administered a large number of property (commercial and residential) syndicates over the last 25 years.

Syndicates under administration total a value in excess of $50 million.

Many of these syndicates have been running for in excess of 20 years and have a large number of retired clients receiving monthly income.

All of the syndicates are in excellent financial positions.

The firm also administers a number of residential subdivision syndicates. Over the last 25 years Richards Woodhouse has been principally involved in much of the purchase, development and management of the Nelson residential subdivision market.
